Return and Complaints


Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery to the buyer. Items must be returned in new, intact condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject used or damaged goods.
1.Pack the products and fill out the form.
Download and print the return form, then fill it in and attach to the package with the returned products. Check that you have completed all the fields. Pack and secure the shipment carefully.
2. Send the parcel

Important information

We do not accept COD shipments or shipments to a collection point (such as parcel machine, DPD Pick Up, etc.). We discourage shipping via Polish Post, we recommend shipping via courier. Shipping via Polish Post only with acknowledgement of receipt. Shipment without confirmation of receipt at your own risk.
3. Wait for the funds to be returned to your account
The refund is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by MEDHOODIE.
Reimbursement of transaction costs is made by bank transfer to the account number from which the order was paid via Przelewy 24 or to another account number indicated in the form (necessary in the case of cash on delivery).

In the e-mail, describe the defect of the product, provide the date when the defect was found and attach a photo.

Complaints are processed within 14 days.
